Our unofficial sxsw schedule site currently has 66 sessions with the “startups” topic—you can browse and search them here: http://sxsw.lanyrd.com/?topics=s...
If you sign in to the site with Twitter you can also see which sessions the people you follow on Twitter are speaking at, tracking or planning to attend—and you can search or filter that list by the Startups topic as well.
